CEO : Masahiro Mineyama
Born in 1979 in Shiga Prefecture, the CEO of Enmusubi Co., Ltd. founded the company in 2022 to support Japan’s regional revitalization. After graduating from Hokkaido University in 2004, over 10 years were spent working abroad in Dubai and Singapore. Returning to Japan in 2018, news of rural artisans struggling during COVID-19 inspired a commitment to help local communities.
The company’s media platform, “Boiling! The Cutting Edge of Regional Revitalization”, highlights success stories across Japan. During time abroad, two bestselling books, “The Hell of Dubai” and “Why Singapore Continues to Succeed”, gained significant media attention, selling 50,000 copies combined.
COO : Kyohei Kanemoto
Born in 1999 in China to a Korean-Chinese family, I moved to Japan at the age of three. After graduating from the School of International Liberal Arts at Chiba University, I joined the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. After working there for two years, I resigned and became a sole proprietor, focusing on providing Japanese language education to international audiences and organizing international exchange events. I also manage an online travel agency.
In 2024, I founded nihon-connect, launching a support business to promote Japan’s exceptional content to overseas markets. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Enmusubi Tours, I am responsible for tour planning, website development, and building social media strategies. Currently, I am 25 years old.
