CEO : Masahiro Mineyama
The CEO of Enmusubi Co., Ltd., born in 1979 in Shiga Prefecture, founded the company in 2022 to support Japan’s regional revitalization. After graduating from Hokkaido University in 2004, they spent over 10 years working in Dubai and Singapore. Inspired by the struggles of rural artisans during COVID-19, they returned to Japan in 2018 to help local communities. The company runs a media platform, “Boiling! The Cutting Edge of Regional Revitalization”, showcasing success stories across Japan. Additionally, the CEO authored two bestselling books during their time abroad, selling 50,000 copies in total.

Born in 1999 in China to a Korean-Chinese family, I moved to Japan at age three. After graduating from Chiba University, I worked at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government for two years before becoming a sole proprietor, providing Japanese language education and organizing international exchange events. I also run an online travel agency.
In 2024, I founded nihon-connect to promote Japan’s content globally. As COO of Enmusubi Tours, I manage tour planning, website development, and social media strategy. I am currently 25 years old.
